Take a break from the noise of modern life to slow down and rest in this magical place

Relax and Restore Group Sessions for Parents in the Chew Valley: 9am - 11am Wednesdays

Sarah can meet you at Chew Stoke Primary entrance after school drop off to walk along the footpath to Waterfall Farm and gently guide practices to:
  • regulate your nervous system,
  • to relax and restore your mind and body,
  • to revitalise your energy and mood, and
  • to connect with the land and water.

A relaxed 2 hour session for local parents (babes in sling welcome), come as you are.

Limited spaces. Pre-booking is required. Pay-it-forward pricing.

If you're interested, let us know and we'll set dates for this autumn term to begin:
What is pay-it-forward pricing?

This economic model is based on the concept of reciprocity. You attend a session, and rather than pay just for yourself, you are also paying for the next person less privileged than you to access the same service in the future. It's a way of creating a ripple effect of kindness, a way to re-distribute wealth.

Suggested minimum amount £15 for your 2 hour session plus pay-what-you-can for the next person, which goes into a pot for us to offer this work to those normally unable to access it.
