wellbeing and inspiration.
Retreat from the noise and the haste, and experience wild sanctuary,
wellbeing and inspiration.
Treat yourself with a unique and transformational experience.
Our sauna is entirely hand crafted from reused and local materials, and is fuelled by wood sustainably harvested on site through regenerative land practices.
Our waterfall, considered sacred by many, pummels and takes your breath away.
The stream, organic farmland, trees, stones, more-than-human community and open sky are wonderful company to human visitors.
Through your custom, you are supporting a family run enterprise; regenerative, low-impact livelihoods aligned with the 2015 Paris Agreement*.
Our offering of fire and water, heat and plunge, stillness and flow, provides the process with a mythic and ritualistic power. It evokes ancient practices of purification, renewal and elemental balance - our space here is a form of medicine.

Nature Spirits for magical 3-6 year olds
Sunday 12 April 10am - 12pm
Listen, what is Nature saying?
Nature always tells the truth, so what is your question?
Alongside storytelling, music and creating our own song, we’ll be making masks and nature spirit figures.
What will you ask your nature spirit?
Set in the beauty of Strode Waterfall Land & Story Project, we have storyteller Michael Loader and spirit of nature Sarah Poppy to help guide us through.
“Michael provided an enchanting event with such great connection to our global tree collection, nature and well-being”
Learning supervisor, Westonbirt Arboretum
Please walk, cycle, or bus primarily and if you have to drive, car share if possible and please email to request a space.

- Step into the sauna; the heat burns away the noise.
- Descend into the water: cold, wild, ancient; let stillness return anew.
- First the heat, then the plunge- your breath taken, then returned.
- The fire purifies. The water renews. The land heals you.
- What the world may have broken, this space may mend.
- Let the land, water and fire be your medicine.
* The Paris Agreement is a legally binding global treaty that aims to limit global warming to well below 2°C, preferably to 1.5°C, above pre-industrial levels. Adopted by 195 countries in 2015, it requires countries to submit Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) for reducing emissions and adapting to climate impacts
"Put down the weight of your aloneness and ease into the conversation. All the birds and creatures of the world are unutterably themselves. Everything is waiting for you."
